PostBoy: One of One is a limited series that offers an intimate look into the journey of restaurant founders Ben Holland and chef James Galbraith (James Beard Award nominee) as they intentionally plan, design, and shape every aspect of their restaurant on the shores of Lake Michigan. The series explores the nuances of opening a restaurant, highlighting the artisans and craftsmanship that define the atmosphere of PostBoy.
